Hello!

My name is Mary, and I’m a 3rd year political science Ph.D. student at Binghamton University (SUNY). I primarily study the implications of emerging technologies for armed conflict and human rights, including things like cyber conflict, military technologies, and digital repression. My broader research interests also include violent non-state actors, disinformation, and human rights.
